Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Businesses and authorized users of the LeadBee platform. Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of access, at LeadBee's discretion, depending on severity.
Effective date: August 6, 2026
4.1 Prohibited Activities
- No spam: sending unsolicited bulk messages or communications to individuals without valid consent
- No fake reviews: fabricating, incentivizing without disclosure, or manipulating reviews and ratings
- No unauthorized access: attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
- No illegal content: uploading or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
- No circumvention: bypassing rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions of the platform
- No harmful code: introducing viruses, malware, or code designed to disrupt the Services
4.2 Enforcement
LeadBee reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, remove or restrict access to offending content or accounts, and, where required, report unlawful conduct to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authority.
