Security Policy

5.1 Technical Safeguards

• End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encryption at rest for stored data
• Secure, reputable cloud hosting infrastructure with configured firewalls and network segmentation
• Role-based access control (RBAC) limiting internal access on a least-privilege basis
• Regular automated backups with tested restore procedures
• Periodic vulnerability assessments and security reviews of the platform

5.2 Organizational Safeguards

• Access to production data restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations
• Security awareness practices for the team handling customer data
• Documented incident response process for suspected data breaches

5.3 Incident Reporting

In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, LeadBee will take prompt remedial action and notify affected Businesses and, where legally required, the relevant regulatory authority (Data Protection Board of India) and affected individuals, in accordance with the DPDP Act and its rules.
